At Apple, I lead design for tools and decision systems that help teams build, manage, and operate intelligent products at scale. Over the past 9 years, I’ve worked across consumer and platform environments, translating technical complexity into products that feel clear, usable, and well controlled.
I’m most interested in systems where behavior matters as much as interface.
I grew up in Harbin, China, where long winters meant spending hours indoors reading and observing how stories were told — not just through words, but through structure and visual detail.
I started in film, learning how to shape meaning through visuals.
But I was drawn to something more interactive — experiences people could move through, not just watch.
That shift led me into interaction design, and eventually to building systems that guide decisions, reduce complexity, and make things feel clear and controlled.
I care about making complexity feel understandable — not invisible.
My passion for UX design crystallized as I harnessed my creativity, adept problem-solving skills, and deep empathy for customers to orchestrate a triumphant overhaul of my e-commerce website, resulting in a threefold surge in sales. The euphoria and profound sense of accomplishment I derived from this journey ignited a fascination with crafting superior user experiences. This curiosity propelled me to transition into the realm of UX design, a role that profoundly satisfies my professional aspirations.
Shifting from owning an e-commerce business to diving into UX design, My superpower is to solve ambiguous problems with intuitive and easy-to-use designs that balance business goals and customer needs perfectly.
Currently, I'm working at Lowe's, leading associate experience on the homepage of myredvest system.
Previously I led design experience at Reframe , successfully helping half a million people build healthier drinking habits and helping the company land $10 Million Series A Funding. Before that, I was the founding designer at Snapbrillia and I redesigned the B2B hiring platform which received $1M pre-seed funding after the beta release.
Currently, I'm working at Lowe's, leading associate experience on the homepage of myredvest system.
